Stall will be allocated after payment clearance letter from accounts manager from the exhibition site office (NSIC Exhibition Ground) from 5th January to 7th January 2010.

Material move in and move out for stall decoration & exhibits

Move In
Bare space 10:00 am to 10:00 p.m. 5th January 2010
Shell scheme 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 7th January 2010

No exhibits or Material will be allowed to be brought inside the halls/hanger after 11:00 p.m. on 07-01-2010
The Security would seal the Halls and Reopen on 08-01-2010 at 09.00 AM for Exhibitors to occupy their stands.

Move Out
No material will be allowed to be taken out before 08:00 p.m. under any circumstances. On 11-01-2010.

All materials to be moved out before 12.00 noon on 12th January 2010.
